Critical Operations Preparedness and Procedures for Emergency Response
COPPER provides software, hardware, resources and supplies for equipment, information, personnel, vehicles and other requirements
serving the complex and in-flux needs of any organization involved in preparing for, responding to, and managing operations for
emergencies or near-emergencies.
Some of COPPER's functions include planning, organizing, managing and maintaining continuity for emergency relief, damage
and debris response including removal, and other functions performed by contractors, using COPPER functions and services, for their
work in field locations around the world.
